Registering as a patient

We are pleased to accept registration requests from patients who are living within the area indicated on the map below

To register as a new patient please call at reception, preferably with your medical card, to complete the necessary forms. 

Registration will be with the practice and not a specific GP, although you will be allocated to the list of one of the GPs as your usual GP.

You have the right to express a preference to see a particular GP, which will be entered on your record.
