PRESCRIPTIONS - IMPORTANT GENERAL IMFORMATION

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made in person, in writing, by fax, or by telephoning the dedicated prescription line on 01823 669719 between 9.00am – 1.00pm, Mon – Fri.

We do encourage patients to plan ahead and place an order a week or so before their existing medication is due to run out, to avoid problems with supply.

Please allow 48 hrs (excluding weekends) before collection either by yourself or by the pharmacy of your choice.

There is no repeat prescription service on Saturday.
